We had Emmett's 2-year-old appointment yesterday, so it's official: He's a big boy. And a TALL boy!
His new numbers look like this: 78th percentile for height, 48th percentile for weight, and 95th percentile for head size. (Which is of course the measurement that makes me, his big-headed mother, the most proud.)
Developmentally, he appears to be doing great, temper tantrums and all. And he passed the two "progress" questions ("Does he turn the pages of a book?" "Does he walk up and down stairs by himself?") with flying colors.
If anyone needs me this weekend, I'll be packing Emmett's bags for college. (Thankfully not really! We need a few more years to save!)
Are you doing anything fun this weekend?
We have a double baby naming followed by a picnic in the park on Saturday, and I'll be spending Sunday doing work. Boo. But today is my first day as a Friday Wife—and I couldn't be more excited!
Don't worry! I didn't forget your steals and deals!
