According to NYTimes.com, Wikipedia, the online user-created encyclopedia, will be undergoing some changes that, primarily, are meant to encourage contribution, which is what makes Wikipedia the number six website on the Internet today\u2026or does it? Allegedly, the site's current functionality discourages contribution and surprisingly few people actually do update it. (I can't figure out whether that makes me feel better about it being my favorite website of all time or not.) Though the team is hoping the simplified editing process will encourage knowledgeable people to participate, I'm a little concerned. How easy is it going to be, exactly? Let's just hope Wiki workers make filling out the source field a requirement (*), which it is not currently. Thoughts welcome. Click here to read about the technical changes.
