Taryn Mohrman, senior editor of Landcruisers, and Laurie Schacht, Toy Insider Mom, are here to tell us all about the games and construction toys that encourage "teamwork, cooperation and strategic thinking" in children.
They start off with the Fisher Price S'getti Scatter Game for ages 3 and up. This cute game involves pulling pieces of spaghetti out of a bowl strategically without letting the meatballs fall. Children will love trying to keep the food in the bowl, and Mohrman agrees that they will be playing it over and over.

For older kids ages 10 and up, Strike a Pose is the perfect option for bigger groups. This game, which allows up to 14 players, is played by giving one person choices on a card and matching each of the other players to which option they are posing as. As Mohrman says, it's "perfect for family game night."
A video game that kids ages 10+ are sure to love is Disney's Infinity: Marvel Superheroes 2.0 Edition. This game includes two settings for children to choose from—play set mode, which gives kids a structured setting to play in, or toy box mode which allows kids to combine all different Disney worlds together.
