On Thursday morning's episode of The View, co-host Candace Cameron Bure, who had just returned to set after a Fuller House press tour in Tokyo, had some for the studio audience. After two years as co-host on the long-running morning show, Cameron Bure has decided to make her exit.
"It wasn't an easy decision," she told the audience. "Before I started The View, I already had my commitments to Fuller House and the Hallmark Channel...Because of the success of those, my commitments have become even greater with those shows."
Her announcement comes just a month after former co-host, Raven-Symoné, also announced due to the reboot of her Disney Chanel show, That's So Raven.
The actress also said her family was a primary motivation for her decision to leave the show. "I want to make sure I'm able to spend enough time with my children," she explained. "I thank everybody—Whoopi, Joy...for welcoming me to this table. I've learned so much from you and I'm so grateful for you."
Candace leaves another spot at The View table open, and the show will now hunt for a brand-new cohost.
