This College Swim Team Didn't Let a Little Snow Get in the Way of Practice

These swimmers just blew the #SnowSwimChallenge out of the water.

Who needs a pool when you have a soccer field full of snow—it's still water right?! That's exactly what a few "dedicated" swimmers from Simon Frasier University's diving and swim team decided recently, braving the elements for a little impromptu relay practice.

The SFU team's bone-chilling (but hilarious) video has gone viral, but it's not the first of its kind. Last winter, the #SnowSwimChallenge had us shaking in our snow boots, too. Dressed only in Speedos, swim caps, and goggles, the viral internet stunt challenges swimmers to show off their best butterfly strokes, backstrokes, and breaststrokes—in the snow.
