For an afternoon snack I always turn to nut butter. It's filling, has fiber and protein and is super satisfying! My Almond Butter Fruit dip is great for kids and company too. I like to make fun arrangements with my dippers when using it to entertain!

Almond Butter Fruit Dip
Ingredients: 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 Tbsp. nut butter,
sprinkle of stevia or agave and 1 tsp. ground flaxseed.
Directions: Just mix the ingredients together in a bowl then serve and eat with fun dippers such as fruit, celery or even graham crackers! You could also add chocolate chips or coconut to add more flavor!
