Are you a side sleeper or a face planter?
I tend to favor the latter, sleeping on my tummy. But after reading a recent article on womansday.com, I think it might be time to switch. Apparently, sleeping on your stomach is the worst thing you can do if you suffer from back pain because it makes it difficult to maintain a neutral position for your spine and puts pressure on joints and muscles.
