Beef and Lamb

This week, we're packing up and moving out. As you can imagine, there's

not much cooking going on around here, so I've rounded up my favorite

dishes from my entries in 2009. I hope you enjoy them.


I still find deli meat incredibly convenient, though, and sometimes being able to stop by the grocery store trumps the various ways I thaw beef. My husband and I created this to replicate one of his favorite work-day takeout lunches.

We've also been eating more lamb, but that's just because I've discovered that I really love lamb, especially if it's prepared right. These and were accessible and delicious.
